Pattern and mould making for polyurethane foam products carries a significantly lower cost than tooling for injection moulding and other similar processes. The lead-time is also typically much shorter.

We have a wealth of knowledge and experience in pattern making for a vast range of items from small, high precision automotive components to huge drainage parts.

Our in-house machine shop is equipped with the latest automated machinery to create and duplicate patterns for mass production. These are commonly constructed using cast epoxy resin, silicon or aluminium depending on the complexity of the component.
